Ep. 43 | How to activate your deep inner knowing with Martina Barnes

You may have noticed I took a bit of a hiatus. To be honest with you, I had reached a point where I was feeling really low. With everything going on in the world, it's all been so much to handle. I had a couple weeks where I didn't want to think about anything at all and just bury myself on my couch.

I hope that you understand, when you feel like this, of course, it's not okay to abandon your job or your family or your life. But it is okay to use your energy to get through the things that must be done in order to survive. and give yourself grace on everything else when you need to.

We often feel like a hot mess when we don't use all of our time to be doing, constantly. But let me tell you, I know that we need rest and self-care. And if self-care looks to you like taking some time to just retreat, that's what we need to do.
