Ep. 15 | How taking massive messy action can pay off big with Randee Immel

Today I get to talk to Randee Immel of Well Soul Fitness, a yoga, pilates, and boot camp studio. Randee is a local-to-me business owner and it was really important to me to feature "small business" owners that I've watched start and grow their business because I want everyone to realize that just because they aren't quite yet at celebrity status, doesn't mean they can't be successful. Success is all based on what you consider successful! Randee was a swimmer in high school and college and became a junior high and high school coach, but after kids, she wanted to go deeper and work more closely with moms who were trying to lose the baby weight. So, she started a neighborhood boot camp. That went so well, she decided to open a studio. And get this, from idea to opening the studio took her only SIX weeks! It was really important to Randee to open her business in our hometown that was such a pivotal part of her growth to adulthood and be a part of the revitalization of the town. She took a leap of faith and moved quickly, taking massive messy action and it is paying off big time! Randee is the founder and owner of Well Soul Fitness LLC. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. Graduating from the University of Houston in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, she was the captain of the Women's Swimming and Diving Team. Randee has nearly two decades of coaching and training experience, including completing three marathons herself.

Randee is originally from the Rosenberg area and a graduate from Lamar Consolidated High School. Her interests include traveling with her family, swimming, running, yoga, and cooking. She is married to Stephen Immel and together they have two beautiful children.
